MIUI 13 improvements
Xiaomi, MIUI and Thiel Labs jointly created a speed estimation model to achieve optimization goals. The speed of applications is also greatly improved. In Master Lu's Android fluency cross-test Android MIUI 13 from Xiaomi takes first place. After half a year of optimization, MIUI 13 has improved the speed by 15-52%. Also, compared to MIUI 12, this new system is much better and MIUI fans are happy again.
Compared to the advanced version of MIUI 12.5, the speed of system applications has improved by 20-26%. There are also a number of high-frequency usage scenarios where the frame rate exceeds 90%. Support for Focus Computing 13 is behind the significant speed improvement of MIUI 2.0. The system not only handles basic scenarios such as full-screen gestures, but also directs computing resources toward the underlying system for basic third-party applications. This greatly improves the speed of these applications.
At the same time, the latest platform also uses liquid storage and atomic memory. This makes the background resource consumption of applications very low. After 36 months of continuous use, read and write performance remains below 5%. This means that the system remains almost new for a very long time.
