For the third year in a row, Huawei has been certified as the best employer in Europe, in particular in 10 countries — Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Great Britain.
Huawei has been recognized as the best employer by the Top Employers Institute
The Top Employers Institute certifies organizations for which employees are the highest priority through an exceptional HR approach. Certification is based on the results of a study of the best HR practices. The research covers six HR areas and 20 topics, including HR strategy, working conditions, recruitment, training, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and more.
