Today at the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2021, leading smart device manufacturer OPPO announced a new flagship smartphone powered by the state-of-the-art Snapdragon® 8 Gen 1 mobile platform in the first quarter of 2022. This makes OPPO one of the first companies to adopt the latest Snapdragon platform. OPPO will also continue to work with Qualcomm Technologies to accelerate the development of 5G and the adoption of future smartphone innovations.

And this year, we launched several 5G smartphones based on flagship Snapdragon mobile platforms, including the Find X3 and Reno6 series. We are excited to witness the unveiling of the new generation of the Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, which we believe will bring huge improvements and high performance to the next generation of flagship smartphones.”
