The manufacturer offered a 6,6-inch IPS display with a FullHD+ resolution (2400 × 1080 pixels), a notch for the selfie module and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, as well as a touch screen sampling rate of 240 Hz. Inside the POCO M4 Pro 5G is a Dimensity 810 chip, created using 6nm technology. The processor received a pair of Cortex-A76 cores with a peak frequency of 2,4 GHz and a sextet of Cortex-A55 cores operating at a frequency of 2,0 GHz. Graphics processing is provided by the ARM Mali-G57 MC2 video accelerator.

POCO M4 Pro 5G has three cameras, one of which is a 16-megapixel one in the front, and the remaining two sensors are installed at the back - the main 50-megapixel one with an aperture of f/1.9 is complemented by an 8-megapixel wide-angle one with a viewing angle of 119 degrees.
The device runs Android 11 operating system with MIUI 12.5 skin. There are stereo speakers, support for Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 5. There are three colors to choose from: black, blue and yellow.
