Android applications will appear in Windows 11

It has become known that an Amazon Appstore page has appeared in the digital content store Microsoft Store, which can be used to install Android applications on Windows 11. This application is currently not available to users, and its download requires product key activation and availability on the used subsystem Windows for Android device.

According to reports, the Amazon Appstore will be one of the options for installing Android apps on Windows 11. It is expected that users will be able to download apps themselves to install mobile software or use the Amazon Appstore, which has a more familiar and intuitive user interface.

Additionally, users will be able to search and view the description of Android apps in the Microsoft Store, but will be redirected to the Amazon Appstore when trying to download an app to their device.

Regardless of how users download Android apps, they will run on the Windows for Android subsystem previously seen in the Microsoft Store.

At this time, the Windows subsystem for Android is not publicly available, so it is too early to talk about the appearance of full support for downloading Android applications. Microsoft Corporation has confirmed that until October 5, when Windows 11 is launched, the operating system will not support Android applications. It is expected to appear before the end of the year, but the exact date has not yet been announced.

Updated apps will be available in the next build of Windows 11

Microsoft continues to work on fixing known bugs and adding new features to Windows 11, which will be officially launched on October 5. On the eve of this event, the Windows 11 build 22000.194 became available to insiders on the beta channel, which received a number of fixes, as well as support for installing the updated applications "Scissors", "Calculator" and "Clock", which are now available in the Microsoft store ...

As for fixes, there are a lot of them in the new build of the operating system. The developers fixed an issue where artifacts could appear in title bars when activating and then deactivating a contrast theme, making it difficult to use the Minimize, Expand, and Close buttons.

Fixed a bug due to which in some cases the ability to use Bluetooth was blocked when connecting devices. Fixed bugs preventing subtitles from being displayed correctly in apps. Also fixed a bug that caused a GSOD when using Modern Standby.

In addition, Windows 11 build 22000.194 meets the system requirements for installing the software platform on physical devices and virtual machines. Because of this, on previously launched virtual machines, there may be a problem with updating the operating system to the latest versions.

Microsoft has made a number of less visible fixes to improve the stability of the platform.

I have always been interested in IT technologies. And since my previous many years of professional activity (which is design and pre-press preparation) is not possible without their help, it so happened that everything that was related to computers (for example, collecting and modernizing "hardware", as well as configuring software ) I always had to do it myself.

Well, with the advent of gadgets in our lives, the scope of my interests expanded to include them as well.

I like to study and analyze the capabilities of various devices, and for many years, before buying anything new, I always study the capabilities of each potential model for a long time and carefully, spend quite a long and painstaking work, read reviews, reviews and comparisons.

The reward for my time is usually that most of the time I really do get the best of what I can get within my budget.
