The device is designed for gamers who prefer the best of the latest technology. The U28G2XU monitor impresses with detail and color reproduction thanks to an IPS panel with a crystal clear 4K (UHD) resolution.
The refresh rate of 144 Hz and GtG response time of 1 ms guarantee a clear picture, as well as fast and smooth visual feedback, which allows gamers to instantly react to events on the screen. The U28G2XU monitor is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync, and is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified for excellent dynamic range.

The design of the AOC U28G2XU model with a diagonal of 71 cm (28 inches) is characterized by elegant red accents and the absence of frames on three sides. The monitor is equipped with an IPS panel with a 4K resolution (3840×2160 pixels). A refresh rate of 144 Hz at 4K is supported by two DisplayPort (1.4) connectors, and two HDMI 2.0 connectors support 4K at 60 Hz.
Although the U28G2XU is designed for PC gaming, the HDMI 2.0 connector can also be used for next-generation consoles, and the image will receive a 120Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution.
Thanks to IPS technology, the monitor provides viewing angles of 178°/178°, a wide color gamut and optimal color rendering (coverage of 98,8% DCI-P3). The brightness of the U28G2XU is 370 nits, and the contrast ratio is 1000:1. VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification also guarantees a wide dynamic range – from bright explosions to black corners.

The U28G2XU monitor stand is height adjustable (130mm) and offers a wide range of tilt (-5°/21,5°) and swivel (-32°/32°) to meet the ergonomic needs of every gamer. The device comes with a 100mm VESA mount that allows you to mount it to a bracket. If the gaming session goes late into the night, the LowBlue Light mode will reduce the potentially dangerous blue glow, and the FlickerFree technology will eliminate the flickering of the backlight.
