Do you have this window every second and your nerves are on edge? Can't use your phone and want to smash it against the wall?

Believe me, you are not the only one and you will feel better soon.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Manage apps and find the app mentioned in the error message

Go to it and click "Uninstall update" at the bottom

Enjoy the peace and quiet.

PS: Turn off automatic updates in Google Play just in case
