The closest foldable smartphones are Vivo, Oppo and Huawei

For Oppo, its foldable smartphone will come with a Samsung, BOE or Visionox screen. It can use a combination of displays from any of these companies. The Huawei Mate X3 doesn't have many options. It cannot use a Samsung display due to the US ban and will have to settle for a BOE display. This sophisticated smartphone will still use the Kirin 9000 SoC and should debut in 2022.
