Earlier this year, Realme introduced its Realme Narzo 30 series, but interestingly, the lineup lacked a device with that name. Instead, the company launched the Realme Narzo 30A, which can be considered an entry-level device, and the Realme Narzo 30 Pro. We knew it would only be a matter of time until the Realme Narzo 30 arrived, and it finally did on May 18. The company will unveil the middle brother of the family, a mid-range smartphone with decent specs and 4G connectivity. Today the company decided to reveal some facts about the main rear camera.
Leaked images have already shown that it is a Quad-Camera. However, we were not sure about the features these cameras offer. The company has now confirmed that a 48-megapixel camera will be present there. Other sensors are apparently an ultra-wide camera, macro photography and a depth module. Realme even shared an image captured by the main camera to show off the prowess of the Realme Narzo 30 for photography enthusiasts.
Of course, you need to take this image with a pinch or two of salt, as there are many factors that go into making good photos.
Technical characteristics of Realme Narzo 30
Apart from the camera, the Realme Narzo 30 is officially confirmed with a 90Hz display. According to leaks, it is a 6,53-inch with FHD+ resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels). Since the device has a fingerprint scanner installed on the side, it is safe to assume that the panel is an LCD screen. Under the hood, the Narzo 30 comes with a MediaTe Helio G95 SoC. This chip is popular among Realme smartphones and is basically the Helio G90 on steroids. It offers two ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2,05 GHz and six energy-efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2,0 GHz. The chip comes with a Mali-G76 GPU clocked at up to 900 Hz.
The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that will charge via a USB-C port with 30W fast charging. It comes with Android 11 and Realme UI 2.0, which is hardly a surprise.
The Realme Narzo 30 comes in at least two colors – a blue gradient and a bright silver variant. The phone has a long vertical strip below the camera settings that has some sort of “V” lighting effects to differentiate it from other smartphones. We expect Relame to launch it in multiple RAM/storage options.
