The OnePlus 9 Pro is already receiving a system update to address the overheating issue

Not so long ago, many OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone owners complained about overheating problems. When the phone takes photos and videos, the system issues an overheating alert and locks the camera app. OnePlus has officially acknowledged the bug and said it is in the process of being fixed.

XDA повідомила сьогодні, що OnePlus оголосила про запуск оновлення системи v11.2.3.3 для розв’язання цієї проблеми. Заява компанії така:

We've identified the root causes of reported overheating and have already started pushing out OTA updates to optimize the overall temperature of the device and improve battery performance. So far, initial feedback has been positive.

The first OTA (build number 11.2.3.3) was sent to our users in India this week, and will be rolled out to North American and European devices by the end of this week. We will continue with the second OTA to further improve device and battery temperatures in the coming weeks as well.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback here on the forums. We will continue to work hard on even more improvements so that you can have a reliable and enjoyable experience with OnePlus.

OnePlus 9 Pro has a serious overheating problem

As a reminder, the OnePlus 9 Pro heating problem occurs when taking photos or recording videos. In such cases, the phone reports overheating. It then locks the camera app, preventing users from completing the capture.

I have always been interested in IT technologies. And since my previous many years of professional activity (which is design and pre-press preparation) is not possible without their help, it so happened that everything that was related to computers (for example, collecting and modernizing "hardware", as well as configuring software ) I always had to do it myself.

Well, with the advent of gadgets in our lives, the scope of my interests expanded to include them as well.

I like to study and analyze the capabilities of various devices, and for many years, before buying anything new, I always study the capabilities of each potential model for a long time and carefully, spend quite a long and painstaking work, read reviews, reviews and comparisons.

The reward for my time is usually that most of the time I really do get the best of what I can get within my budget.
