The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 family was launched in the first half of 2020, bringing a decent upgrade over the Redmi Note 8 family. Interestingly, Redmi first launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in India. The company then launched devices like the Redmi Note 9S and Redmi Note 9 Pro to global markets.

This resolution makes the device decent for taking selfies, especially with a suite of MIUI 12 optimizations. The biggest icing on the cake for this display is its 120Hz refresh rate, which makes for a smooth experience when navigating the UI and websites.
The global variant of the device has a huge 5160mAh battery, but the Indian variant impresses more with its 6000mAh battery. Both devices are great for watching movies and games, and you can also use them for hours while navigating your social media apps. The Indian variant will have a better battery backup for obvious reasons. Both phones charge at the same speed of 33W. Realme upped its game a couple of months later with the Realme 7 Pro. The device takes your media consumption to the next level with a gorgeous AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. It offers the same Snapdragon 720G but improves on other aspects.
The Realme 7 Pro has a 64-megapixel main camera paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and two 2-megapixel assistants. This nice setup can take good photos, especially thanks to the excellent set of features available in Realme's interface. You can take great videos and pictures and share them on your favorite social media app.
Apart from the great display, the Realme 7 Pro has a bigger 4500 mAh battery. Although not as powerful as its main competitor, the POCO X3, the Realme 7 Pro outperforms most devices in this segment thanks to its 65W fast charging. So you can watch movies and listen to music for a long time. If you run out of battery juice, you can quickly refill it thanks to this fiery fast charging technology. This is a charging level not yet available in some flagship phones.
Realme X7 Pro
The Realme X7 Pro was launched last year in China and arrived in India last month. This device appears to be a massive evolution over the Realme 7 Pro. If you need a powerful device, ideal for multimedia consumption and you want to be reliable in the future, then the Realme X7 Pro is a good choice for you.
The phone has a 6,55-inch OLED display with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood, it has a 5G-ready MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, which also offers a significant performance boost over the Realme series devices. This device can be considered a cost-effective flagship.
It sports a 32MP selfie camera, while the rear camera setup remains the same as the Realme 7 Pro. The device also packs a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging. The main difference here is the presence of 50 W wireless charging support.
