Realme is gearing up to launch a slew of new smartphones by the end of this quarter. Among the most anticipated devices, we have the company's new flagship, dubbed the Realme Race, and several new mid-range phones. Apparently, the company is gearing up to launch a new set of Realme Narzo devices.
Realme Narzo 30 Pro has been listed in the TENAA database today. The device in question has the model number RMX3161 and some of its key specifications have been leaked online.
The Realme Narzo 30 Pro has a 6,5-inch display, likely with FHD+ resolution. We can also spot a hole-punch display aligned at the top left, serving as a selfie camera housing. The phone runs Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top. It also has 5G connectivity with dual SIM functionality. The dimensions of the phone are 162,5 x 74,8 x 8,8 mm.
Although the display does not bring any changes compared to the Realme Narzo 20 Pro, it has a large battery. This phone is equipped with a 4880 mAh battery. Unfortunately, TENAA does not provide any details on the charging speed. But it's safe to assume that the phone will get Realme's 65W fast charging. This fast charging technology is now present in a large number of Realme phones, including the Realme Narzo 20 Pro.
The phone has a triple camera on the back, unfortunately we do not know the resolution and purpose of each sensor. At the moment, our best guess is a 64MP camera for the Pro variant. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which basically confirms that this phone has a standard LCD panel. Hopefully it will have a high refresh rate of at least 90Hz.
We also expect the Realme Narzo 30 variant to come along with the Pro. It looks like Realme will make the Narzo series the global Realme Narzo 30 series. The name of the device seems to be confirmed as another regulatory body denies reports that the RMX3171 is Narzo 30A. In addition, Narzo 20 Pro is equipped with RMX2161. So we can safely assume that we are talking about the Realme Narzo 30 Pro.
Since the device has appeared on TENAA, we assume that the company's decision to launch a new series of smartphones is only a matter of time. As mentioned, the brand is also gearing up to launch the Realme Race. We expect a big event from Realme before the end of the month.
